"This hotel is a home for displaced individuals, there were permanent residents in rooms that were not even one star quality.
I did not even sleep there as I did not feel safe and instead booked a different motel down the road. My intuition was correct as when I turned up the next day I saw the reception front windows had been smashed in overnight.
Definitely avoid this hotel"

Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details.
Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

"All in all we had a good stay there. Honestly, the cabins have seen better days and were a bit rough round the edges but, it was fully equipped for a family to stay (only 2 of us) and had pretty much all we needed.
Beds were comfy, everything worked and thank god there was enough heating as it was FREEZING COLD down there.
It is a bit tricky to find at first off badger rd. I would not like to be arriving at night and having to find the entrance!

"I was disappointed with my stay because several details listed about the hotel were inaccurate. There is no airport shuttle service, and lunch is not provided, contrary to what was advertised.

"Property was easy to check in and the front desk gentleman was very kind.
The property itself is in need of upgrades. Carpets are worn. Elevator needs a spruce up. The room environmentally was dark, the temperature was comfortable and was very quiet despite being on a busy street. "A gorgeous place to stay. We loved our time at Aquila and felt so relaxed and refreshed being there. The room was clean and cosy, especially with the fire on.
