"Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot."

"I always stay at Holiday Inn Express. Some are better that others. This one looked like they had bought the hotel out from another company and renovated it. just didn’t have the “feel” of a holiday inn express. Stay was still good, breakfast good as usual. Needed your room card to get ice which was a little odd."

"I was staying prior to a cruise. The hotel is easy to access, close to restaurants. Was quiet and nice. Beds were very comfortable. I will stay here again."

"Room was very dirty. Rust everywhere. Throw pillows were used for the bed. Mildew/mold in shower. Sink sounded like a freight train. Bar tender was the front desk receptionist- she wasn’t happy about it. Best part of the room seemed to be a newer refrigerator. Breakfast was your choice of fruit loops, Cheerios, blueberry muffins(stale), toast, milk, and coffee. You get what you pay for. lol."

"Great place to stay if you have a child or like us a grandson playing in tournament at Space Coast Sports Complex. A very quick drive that saved us a lot of time. Hotel was very clean plus a free breakfast with enough to fill you up. The only negative thing was only 1 desk chair so 6 days of sitting on the bed to read, watch tv or be on my IPad. Would definitely stay there again for a tournament."
