"I dont know what i did to make the woman at the desk upset with me. I rang the bell a couple of times and then she came out and was displeased with me. There was a note on the desk that wifi was our and being worked on. It didncome back on the second day. The eoom was clean and the bathroom was nicely upgraded. But the toilet tissue holder was hanging onto the wall by one loose screw. I didnt feel unsafe except that there were signs everywhere that the hotel was not responsible for theft or...

"The pool was closed down even though website advertises pool on site. Key card stopped working and there was no one on site and no one answering the phones for over 12 hours. Had to stay in the room without Saturday night to Sunday morning in order to not get locked out . Overall incredibly disappointing. Staff did not offer to compensate for the huge inconvenience. Coffee was not ready on time. "
