"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"Very close to Olbia airport ,the Hotel is on the second floor of the building .The ground floor has a nice bar for good Breakfast and lunch and open 24 hours also has a very affordable restaurant with good food .
