"There was no check-in required, I got a text with a door code which was convenient. Unfortunately they sent the wrong details initially but corrected it. I got stuck in the bathroom briefly at one point because the door stuck, but otherwise it was clean and reasonable."

"Nice room. Clean and comfortable. About fell In slippery tub shower then found a mat in cabinet after. Wish I would have known they had a mat! Needed milk but nothing available to buy on property so had to leave to go to grocery store."

"The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioner/heating unit when it kicked in was loud. The breakfast had many options, but when we arrived to eat, there were lots of people and some of the hot food was empty, so not a good experience."

"When we drove up my husband said he wondered what I was thinking to book this place. But when we walked in we were both very impressed! Beautiful room, very clean, and had everything plus more. The bed is very comfortable. Might be a little soft for some, but I loved sinking into the mattress. Although we were right by the road (we were in unit 9) it was not loud at all. There are several breakfast places close by if you don’t bring your own. Or a well stocked kitchenette if you do. If we ever come back to Coeur D’Alene we will stay here for a couple of nights to really enjoy the room."
