I thought the tag of my shirt was poking my neck but when I reached up my hand found a huge roach. My girlfriend screamed and freaked out. I immediately reported the incident to the manager at the front desk but instead of an apology I was accused of bringing the roach in with me. She handled the situation terribly. "Extremely clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price in a decent part of town. Felt like a new place with many updates. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I will be booking again soon. I appreciate that the entry is a little different through the Staybridge parking lot instead of directly off the main road. I had my vehicle stolen at a different brand hotel in Houston with easy on/off freeway access for get away purposes so it felt...

"The room was exceptionally clean. The furniture and bed new and updated, microwave, mini fridge, iron and ironing board in the room and hair dryer at the bathroom sink. The bed was very comfortable with a thick foam mattress. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is good, and I couldn't hear any highway noise in the room. The price for the stay was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with this Days Inn."
