"The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children.
The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away"

"Chambre propre et de grandeur correcte! Cependant, aucune climatisation/chauffage et température ultra humide à Salento. Par conséquent, très humide dans la chambre. Nous avons lavé quelques vêtements à notre arrivée et 2 jours plus tard rien n’était encore sec! Déjeuner correct. Bel hôtel en général! Personnel accueillant. Nous avons eu un problème dans la chambre et ils ont été gentils pour le régler! "
