"The motel was clean and appears new. Rooms are very large compared to Paris rooms. Air conditioner, was a lifesaver during the June heat wave. Highly recommend."

"We won’t be staying here again. Good: room has A/C and the shower system is good. I found the bed very comfortable. Bad: cleanliness is a problem. Room not vacuumed for the entirety of our stay (almost two weeks), paint peeling off walls and so on. The whole concept of the place seems to be to run a hotel at minimum cost, but really taken to an extreme, to the extent that you feel like you are staying at a dorm. I don’t care about artwork in hotel rooms, but it says something when the art work...

"We loved staying at Grand Hotel Leveque. It is a small boutique hotel in the 7th located on Rue Cler. Wonderfully clean and quiet with great breakfast. Being located on Rue Cler gave our stay a local vibe with multiple restaurants, fruit market and florists on our doorstep. Great place to stay in Paris"

"The hotel was cute and quaint. It was kept clean daily and most of the staff were friendly, kind and informative. However, there was no air conditioning and we suffered tremendously. We were provided with one fan and when asked for a second we were denied until the very last day that we were there. They do not have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your own luggages up and down numerous stairs in the heat. I would have considered staying at this hotel again if there was air conditioning, but...

"Great location in a quiet street close to Metro and good restaurant selection. It was the Staff who made us feel so welcome. Room was small but functional and what looked like a newly refurbished bathroom. All you need for a place to rest after a busy day. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Note: most restaurants close at 8pm nearby on a Saturday so plan accordingly."

"Location,location,location! It’s close to Effie tower which is why we chose it; also there are quite a few restaurants around. The classic twin room and its bathroom are small which reminds me of the hotel room in Japan; there is no tub but a small shower. The closet had a bad mold smell because it shares the wall with the shower. The power went off shortly twice during our stay but luckily the A/C kept running though. "Nicely renovated property. Very close to the Eiffel tower. Rooms are fresh, AC works great. Hotel is far enough from all the heavy traffic, but yet within walking distance from some key attractions in Paris. Also, easy for Taxi's or Ubers to pick you up right in front of the property. There is a nice restaurant with a bar in the property, for those late snacks or early breakfasts."
