"The rooms were outdated, when we arrived for check in at 2pm the rooms were not ready and we had to wait in the lobby with children for 50/60minutes, we had a hire car and had to pay an additional €70 for the car park, the pool was absolutely freezing, the beach was closed, the room didn’t have air con. Overall it wasn't good at all and we won't be retuning."

"In a perfect location, beach very near, bus stations / stops near, shops and restaurants near as well. Surprised it is only rated 3 stars, but had more things in the room than what some 5 star hitels offer. It is under rated, should be atleast 4 star minimum. Very comfortable bed and it had more than what some 5 star hotels offer in the room. Definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Marbella, specially for the first timers, as it is well located. "Absolutely loved our 9 day stay here. Staff were super helpful even got in touch in advance to offer helping arrange airport transport. Room cleaned daily and it was always spotless. Breakfast was included and had a good range so never felt like you had to have the same every day. Big thanks too for all the staff at the 360 rooftop bar who looked after us and kept us hydrated."

Big negative and also the reason I'll never go back was the A/C and location. The first night was hot and I couldn't sleep. After messing with the thermostat for awhile I just opened the balcony door. The problem was this hotel sits right in the middle if the party, night clubs and busy streets, sleeping with the balcony...
