"Great clean hotel. Rooms were extremely comfortable and air-conditioner worked amazing. Breakfast was also a great spread. The location itself is a little bit from town and not anything immediately close, however taxis are super cheap to get into town or 15-20 min walk to most things. I haven’t removed a star just because of location as we already knew it was a walk and easy work around with taxis."

"It is incredible that a Hotel like this one does not have a store, like a resort, where you can get different stuff. The vending machines are terrible, do not work, I was charged twice and did not receive the product, and although there is a sign that are not part of the hotel, why you let then this type of machines in your facilities. Same with the Starbucks machine. Never worked properly. Considering the size of the facilities, for sure you can find where to adapt a decent store. Now, the rest is just wonderful, ubication, facilities, staff, etc. EXCELLENT"

"Rooms were very clean, not so much between the sofabed. Sofabed was comfy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My family loved the Hot tub. The breakfast was in "Safari" which had a lot of choice and a breakfast menu to order. The Italian Restaurant on site's food was out of this world and service outstanding. The pool was big and loved the layout. Great for swimming rounds and for kids. Overall we had such a great time that we will definitely want to come back."
