"We recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The property itself was nice, and the staff responded promptly when issues were brought to their attention. Unfortunately, during our first two days we found multiple cockroaches in our room, which was extremely unsettling and not what we expected from a resort of this caliber. "The room was old and dingy had a moldy smell when we walked in housekeeping in that room for check-in was OK and the living spaces but I found someone’s used washcloth under the bathroom sink. also, the outside door stuck you had to use Force to open it, and the screen door kept popping off the balcony area is not taken care of at all in the room.
