"The nature and the views are exceptional, that is the thing why this place is worth visiting. We had booked three days stay to go downhill skiing, but finally got one day of downhill skiing due to delayed train transportation from Barcelona to Ribes de Freser, and the next day in Vall de Nuria there were too windy so the lifts were closed. There was very few snow, so only couple of slopes were open. Also only one restaurant in the area was open during our stay. "

"This is a very nice hotel next to a beautiful park with a small lake. The rooms are very nice and the staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. There is a very good restaurant onsite and parking is conveniently onsite."

The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. "Pleasant hotel, we had a large room, much larger than normal ski hotels. Bathroom could do with redecorating but water hot. Breakfast good but expensive however the small cake and water available late at night is a good choice! Although parking is available underneath the hotel your car must be less than 1.90. We found plenty of parking to side of hotel which was off the main road and free."
