"Par où commencer tout d’abord chambre très petite , concernant l’hygiène poile et cheveu dans la baignoire draps avec des poils, manque d’eau chaude et j’en passe.., heureusement le personnel a réagis et nous a changer de chambre, mais manque de chance télé non fonctionnelle.Concernant l’espace bien être, jacuzzi tiède/froid (ce n’est pas de la faute du personnel car soucis technique) mais qui aurais dû être précisé lors de l’appel pour la réservation, piscine assez froide donc tout les enfants...

"Fantastic place to stay for the 6 of us. It was smart and clean, but also very homely. Great breakfast (cooked and pastry options), super close to ski hire and slopes (few mins walk), sauna and steam were really nice and those who had massages said they were great. "Great service and nice staff. Was offered a free upgrade due to my mother possibly having difficulty with ladders and stairs. Convenient location next to the bus station and center of Megeve. Breakfast also had a nice selection of high quality pastries and the staff were kind. The only thing I would improve on is having a kettle in the room and better amenities in the bathroom."

"Beautiful hotel and amazing service. The restaurant (bistrot, not the “Table”) is the same quality as its Michelin star sister restaurant but cheaper and more relaxed. Would come again. "

"A wonderful hotel in a spectacular area of France. The chalet style was very in keeping with the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming and most helpful. The only niggling area of concern relates to the buffet breakfast. The cold meats and cheese were not covered and were susceptible to a few flies present in the room.
