"Hébergement bien situé à proximité de la cité des arts et des sciences et annexé au centre d’achat. Chambre propre mais cependant, porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas complètement et givrée donc on voit à travers. Mais le plus gros point négatif, air climatisé qui arrête de fonctionner la nuit donc on se réveille tout en sueur avec une température de 28 degrés dans la chambre. Donc, s’il fait chaud à l’extérieur, ce n’est pas agréable. Pour le reste, bel établissement."

"Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage/drain smell. I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue. "Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon.
