"Right from the grandeur of the driveway and as the mansion is revealed you have sense you have arrived at a special place. The staff were wholly attentive, welcoming and helpful. The room we stayed in was second level and will be a lasting memory. Way seeing the grounds brought tranquility as you felt one with nature. We ate in and would highly recommend it. "We had a lovely time. From the moment we were greeted at reception on the first day till the day we left. Everyone was so nice and couldn’t have done enough for us. Our 2 dogs were made so welcome and our dining experience wasn’t reduced in any way because of them. Harriet should get a mention as nothing was too much trouble for her.
