Hotel location, rooms were great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Geantleman from reception helped us with carriage and accompanied till -4 floor of the hotel to get quicker to the station. Only issue is breakfast that we think could have bigger choices. However we would be very glad to come back again. Thanks

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were very helpful with all my questions, and made my stay wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edinburgh. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip there.
