"No hot water in room for the entire stay, Power outage for several hours (from approximately 7.30pm to midnight) which resulted in it getting very warm and no water to the rooms during power outage, AC in room was not working for the entire night, no one was able to speak or understand english to the extent that was necessary to get resolution however all of the above was brought to the attention of the staff as best as we could. "

If you, like me, have a late afternoon departure from Rome Fiumicino and want to be close enough to the international airport to drive back in a couple of hours but don't want to return to the city and fight as much traffic congestion, this country estate is a welcome alternative to coming back to the city the day...
