"Property was updated and clean, staff was extremely friendly. The location to UDelaware was very convenient. Room was very spacious, however, the placement of the bathroom with a frosted door is not ideal. If the room is dark, turning on the bathroom light than lights up the area by the beds."

"I usually like Homewood Suites hotels but this location, is old outdated, and falling apart, dirty couches in the sitting area of the rooms. My bed had a medal piece sticking out from underneath it. Very unsafe, ripped chairs at the tables in the room. This location needs a serious remodel. Breakfast was terrible no taste at all. Fake eggs tasteless sausage etc. if you like crappy hotels, then I guess this is the place for you. Never will. I stay here again. The staff was great."

"Rooms were clean and functional. Reserved a 2 bed room and got 1 small bed. Not even a king size for for taking a bed away. This is the third IHG reservation where they did not honor the reservation and I got downsized for the same price. Looking else but facilities were ok at this hotel and staff was very nice."

The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions I had. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. "Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy."

"a roach was walking on the nightstand, another walking up the bathroom wall. shower curtain rod was damaged & hanging badly, toilet was cracked & had sort-of been patched but was leaking on the floor. coffeemaker had previously used grounds still in it. several men pacing around outside in the dark. the remodel was nice but not enough & didn't feel safe."

"The staff was awesome. The Hampton Inn's have definitely changed since I started staying at them years ago. Seemed as though they weren't as comfortable and well maintained. Lots of foot traffic here, could hear the people above you. The bathroom fan didn't work. The wall paper had started peeling from the bathroom wall. Seemed to had been a leak above the shower, had been repaired but could see the square that had been cut out and replaced. Looked like they had ran white duct tape along the...

"The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. "
