"Extremely clean rooms, very quiet, with polite staff...and the pool/spa area was relaxing and clean. Dogs allowed & very clean property/grounds...they have a nice breakfast & they do have snacks in the lobby...we will return again very soon. This is our second stay so far."

"First of all, their policy is no food or drinks allowed to be brought in. I stayed from Mon-Wed. Checked in Monday night and turned in. Tuesday tried to eat at the Rife restaurant. Reserved for special soccer party. Tried their steakhouse, only open wed-sun. Tried their Budda restaurant, only open wed-sun. Tried their double down Cafe, stood waiting for 22 minutes for a burger and fries, then requested a refund. When to the front desk to let them know what I thought of their no outside food...

"Room had many issues. The refrigerator was not cold when we first arrived which was of concern because our daughter has insulin that must stay cold. Drain for the shower would not stay open so it would fill the tub as you were taking a shower. Towels had visible stains from previous use. The outlets in the bathroom were not functional. Someone walked into our room without knocking or notifying us. The room was a great size but would not stay there again."

"We chose the 1 king bed with water view. Ended up in Room 328, The room is not laid out like the one I stayed at during a different stay. Which is why I chose this room to begin with instead of two queens. Once the couch was unfolded there was barely room to walk between the bed and couch. Room was clean, stayed quiet even on the corner next to the elevator. Not a bad view, I was just expecting the a double window view as other rooms this style in other Hamptons have.

"I actually really enjoyed my stay! Everything was tip top. Very very clean and the beds were nice & comfy. A plus was also that they had a mini fridge and coffee maker I👌most hotels don’t provide that anymore. Can’t forget the shower. Omg! One of the best showers Ive had in my life hahaha the shower head was AMAZING! The onlyyyy con was the parking. We have a big family SUV and couldn’t fit anywhere BUT the staff helped accommodate us and it worked out great! We will definitely be staying here...

"Our room was literally so damp from the broken ac that our beds were wet and a puddle of water inside and outside the room from the ac unit. The key cards don't work to get in and out of the gated property and didn't work on the room as well. The shower was broken and the room needs remodeling done to damage. Would NOT recommend. I almost feel like I would have enjoyed staying in my car more."

"Nice hotel overall. There is a inconvenient lack of electrical outlets in the room. The hallway near our room smelled faintly like a nursing home. The only water dispenser for water bottles was broken. The lack of a hotel shuttle from the airport was a disappointing inconvenience.
The dining staff and food were great. We ate there 3 times. The front desk staff was professional and friendly."
