"Had a nice visit and they even let me do early check in cause we got there an hour early. "

"The room was filthy! The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the shower head was rusty the vent for the bathroom was filthy and rusty. There were stains in the bathtub. The furniture was old, stained badly and had burn marks from cigarettes. The air conditioner had an old cigarette butt inside of it, which I'm sure contributed to the smell. The pool was empty, I'm assuming it was getting repaired, but I had no notice prior to my arrival that it was closed. I stayed as I didn't want to find another...

"The hotel was very clean and nice. My only disappointment was the check-in. The clerk was extremely slow getting us checked in. He also tried to say our room requested had been over booked after we had already called earlier in the day to let them know we were coming in late. We were finally able to get checked in after 20+ minutes [and yes, we were the only ones checking in]."

"The property needs to be updated . The pool is cracking and has gaps in the cement . The rooms was somewhat clean . There was a spider web behind the bathroom door in room 407 . Staff was great ! Oh the elevator got stuck between floors at different times . We reported it to the front and they said “ it happens “"

"Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty.
