"All of the staff were attentive and very helpful. The room was with a very comfortable bed and spotless. The food was good, especially the buffet breakfast which had a good choice for all and plenty of it. Couldn’t fault our stay"

"Amazing Staff!!! Wonderful from the moment we arrived until we left. The care and attention that was given to us is unlike anywhere else. We were always met with smiles, care and suggestions galore! We experienced the most wonderful time! It will always be a magical place for us as we also became engaged while we visited. "The room was spotless. Everything was great - the view was spectacular from our room. We loved this hotel. It was close to Ravello Square and also very accessible to the other Amalfi towns. The staff members were excellent. Francesca was warm and friendly. She always had a smile to greet you. Five stars to Hotel Graal!
Also, they arranged for a taxi to Napoli for us. The driver, Gino, was excellent. He took his time on the many curvy roads and was a true tour guide. "
