"The dirtiest shower/bathroom I’ve ever had at a hotel. Mold on the ceiling above the shower. Dirt/crud all along where the tub met the floor, top of the shower, and shower head. Pull out couch mattress was super thin and was told there were no blankets when I asked for one for that."

"I’ve stayed in cheap motels before but thanks to this place I got a new low. From huge German roaches, dropping internet connection that doesn’t allow more than 2 devices, and leaking pipes that maintenance kept knocking to check and ask me about my hygiene. Sheets had a few stains which I initially overlooked but over time this place is unbearable even with rock bottom standards."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The jimmy deans premade sandwiches weren’t great as they were a little soggy. Maybe having the ingredients to make a one more fresh would be better. It’d be nice to have a bar similar to other properties. More notice on when house keeping services are happening. Apparently it’s only every other day."

"They gave me a room with no windows or skylight even though I booked the one with a skylight. A comped breakfast did not fix the fact that I was in a room under the entire heating and cooling system and it was noisy all night"

"The staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed having a kitchen. I was happy to see a safe in our room and the location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shopping venues. There were lots of selections available for breakfast and the coffee was delicious. We will definitely stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in the future."

"The whole place was a mess to be associated with him. I was amazed that it was such a dump when I talked to Expedia they assured me they had a pool, etc. we get there. There’s no water in the pool. It was just an all-around poor experience I won’t ever stay at a super eight again"

"Everything was nice. unfortunately pool pump broke right before we arrived and we were unable to use pool. That would be the only strike I would give them but they did offer to call sister property nearby so we could swim. we didn't because we didn't have time. Overall nice stay, only 1 night. "

"The TV in my room had a serious problem with the image quality. I asked the front desk person to have that taken care of, but nothing was done until I asked again the next day, when a different person had it done in 30 min."

"Everything went well with our trip. Our room was so nice, the staff was very nice and helpful. It’s so many places to go that sits in the same lot as the hotel. I wish they had a pool though. Easy check in and out. Nice workout room."

"This hotel definitely looks better in the photos than in person. There was a smell of weed in the hallway. The linens were clean on the bed, and that is what was most important to me. However, the knob for the shower was broken, and there were lots of other things that needed repair. It was a safe place to stay, and it was quiet."
