"C'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous avons découvert le château de la Rochetière. Celui-ci a été rénové avec un goût exquis par Nadège et Michaël. "Armand (owner) was very helpful, even though I was only there for a very short time. He allowed me a flexible check in and was very friendly. He brought breakfast to my room in the morning. I didn't really explore the area but I know Lyon fairly well. It was a 20 minute walk to Part-Dieu Station but of course you could get a direct bus or tram easily. A taxi cost me £13 from Part Dieu to the property. It is exactly as described."

"The room itself was tiny, nicely furnished and extreme warm. No aircon / fan/ heater there. Bathroom was clean. If u don't need a kitchen or fridge it's not recommendable for the price. It was offered online with a whirpool wich wasn't available. No compensation for that.The water option was the main reason why we booked the place. There was one other guest who snored through the whole house. No idea how noisy it is with all rooms occupied. For us it was a pricy hothouse Host was when we...

"Nice little hotel but they didn’t provide basic stuff. No hair conditioner, no body lotion. Second day they gave us shampoo… other than that it was okay. The room was really tiny. Hard to have space for our luggage. "
