I liked the hotel because it was in the old town and close to all restaurants and attractions and the staff were very nice and friendly, always ready to help. Also it was a very short walk from train stations. Overall it was a great hotel.

Excellent front desk service

Lots of space to put suitcase and belongings, efficient room, but horrible pillows! Best part of the whole experience was the girl at the front desk. Incredibly efficient and super friendly, felt more like you were at someones house.

Located in the centre of the city . Walkable to the Christmas Markets, restaurants and more. It has a pool and spa that comes included. The room was small, which it was still no problem for 2 persons. The restroom was super small (shower is separate, which also needed more lighting). It was pricey maybe because of the season.

Great hotel in the heart of Colmar

Great hotel in the heart of Colmar. It was a short two minute walk to the major spots in Colmar (shopping, Christmas markets, restaurants). Check-in was superb and the staff put our luggage into the room while we were out for lunch. The room was very comfortable, with a king size bed, and comfortable sitting area. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They have an amazing breakfast and their bar serves drinks until 1am. Overall, a very good hotel in a great location.

From the 4 stars given and photos shown for this hotel, I was expecting something a whole lot more than what we had. The room was so small, we could barely get around in it, and we aren’t large people. Only one side of the bed had an outlet, so had to plug in phone and watch over on small table that was crowded with a coffee pot and glassware. The condition of the room and bathroom was very outdated, with poor workmanship on the flooring and bathroom door. The bathroom door hinge was actually being held on with glue. Great care had to be taken each time the door was opened/closed so it wouldn’t fall off. The laminate flooring had huge gaps between the planks which moved when walking on them. Was concerned my foot would get pinched by them if not wearing shoes. Bathroom was quite small, you could test your head on the wall in front of you while using the toilet. The toilet flusher looked like it was cheaply added over an existing flusher. New knew if it was going to work or not. This room was over priced and definitely not 4 stars.
Glued on bathroom door hinge.

Arrivé en avance, notre valise a été prise en charge rapidement par un employé. Un surclassement de chambre du a des travaux qui n'étaient même pas derangeant. Une piscine au top . Un petit déjeuner copieux et made in alsace .... Nous recommandons cet hôtel qui est top et bien situé

Surprise à notre arrivée, notre chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux belles images de chambres rénovées de l'annonce Expédia. Chambre vieillotte, non rénovée, dans son jus. Une partie de l'hotel est rénové, le reste non. Nous avons ecourté notre sejour car très déçus.
