"The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very accommodating to additional needs. It struck us as old that the bedding did not have a top sheet, just the duvet. It was nice that we could set the room's temperature and fan speed. The restaurant's menu was upscale and not very family-friendly; it could use a few more kid-friendly dishes. In a restaurant, if you charge a meal to the room, you get a discount. Even though the same pastry items were sold in the restaurant and the cafe, you did not receive a discount at the cafe. Great price and location on parking, and it was wonderful that they offered in/out privileges. Do not purchase parking online through third-party apps. Arlo offers a much better deal. "

"Unfortunately the hot tub was broken and it is the top amenity I look for to book a hotel room. It is my recovery after long days of walking. I walked 10.5 miles our first day and was looking forward to relaxing and recovering my muscles in the hot tub. Went to the third floor and it had caution tape in front and closed. Nothing was mentioned at check in. I was very disappointed "

"The stay was fine, I really have no complaints. The only reason I didn't give a perfect rating was the price. The hotel price was inflated due to a conference in the area and unfortunately I didn't find the stay worth $500 per night, but there were few options available."

"The room smelled like dirty socks and shoes… the mattress was very dirty with nasty stains. The white sheets had stains on them and the blankets was dingy looking. It took a long time before the shower water became hot. I ask the desk for some fresh sheets and towels and they told me they didn’t have any more sheets available "

"Nice staff, very helpful while I stayed here. It is around 21 mins from downtown, but over all a good stay for DC. Nice clean room. Street is very busy, but I didn’t mind it. "

"This hotel is newly redecorated and pretty clean and smells good. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There's a convenient Metro bus stop less than a half a block away that can take you straight to the Metro subways taking you into DC so that's a good thing. A couple small negatives to consider, the breakfast is the same thing every single morning with no fresh fruit or anything other than egg pucks and bread products. While the hotel itself is nice, the neighborhood is not one that you should walk around in at night and there's no restaurants other than fast food that you can walk to nearby. "

"The room used to be a suite (I think). The doors that separate the rooms have no sound proofing. We were woke up by talking in what sounded like normal levels. They can also still unlock. We left a day early because it was just uncomfortable. "
