"Everything was great. This was our second time staying here due to the helpfulness of staff and the great location. The only issue I had this time was a malfunctioning public toilet in the back of the main area near the orders train bridge that made walking through there so, so awful. Luckily, going that way isn’t necessary, but it still probably should have been addressed before it got to that state. Still, I understand not everything can be controlled, and everything else about our trip was perfect. I will return here when I am in Cologne again."
