Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The lack of a ramp, or hotel staff to assist guests with entering the hotel was rather astonishing. Novotel Köln City
Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and well staffed, meaning items were refilled quickly and efficiently. Location was perfect for us as a family - we came for the Christmas markets and the train car taking you around the four main ones was a few minute walk!
