Hotel dekat Sinagog Cologne

"Hi i stay there for 1 night. Location wise no doubt is very convenient it is just right beside Cologne Station. 1 minute walk. And it is opposite the cologne cathedral. I got upgraded for free to a better room with a window view facing the cologne cathedral. The room was classic but a little bit old on the furniture. But it is very spacious with a living room no complain there. I was very please with their friendly customer service and they gave us an extra bed for free for my 9yr old & a baby...

I will say that I'm from the US so maybe this is the norm for hotels overseas. I want to mention that although there was not a microwave in my room, the staff was willing to pop the bag of popcorn for me. I was very appreciative for that. "Beautiful hotel. Stayed with my daughter as we went to a gig in Cologne. Very good location, near lots of bars and restaurants. Public transport is very close too. Rooms were clean, staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again."
