Small and friendly, this place is more serviced apartment with a few rooms for short stays. Good location in downtown Colombo, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful during my stay.

Not recommended. Difficult to check in and the hotel .com was not approving, because they wish to know the price we had paid. Terrible air in the rom from the wet and not cleaned bath. ( See the picture). The breakfast was a plate with bread and jam.

Good room Excellent location in easy reach of central Colombo Wide range of places to eat on the nearby Galle Road Quiet and comfortable

Decent budget choice in Colombo

Spartan, but clean and very spacious room with a balcony in a nondescript but convenient area in Colombo. When we were leaving, the manager kindly took us to the local bus stop and waited with us until he was able to flag down a bus to Galle, which was much appreciated!

What a pleasant surprise!

Booked this hotel for price and convenience. At the price I must admit I did not expect the moon. The manager Mr Suranjith upgraded me to the suite since the hotel was full: penthouse, large room and large living room. Bathroom with bathtub. All amenities including large fit screen TV with DVD player and DVD collection, reasonably priced mini bar, coffee/tea maker w/free mineral water and microwave.Good Wifi. Will definitely return.

Ok for one night stay

Staff were friendly, breakfast was basic but ok. We got in around dinner time and found it hard to find places to eat close by. Ok for one night stay but we didn't think it was worth the price we paid, aircon not very strong, our 'city view' was on the first floor, looking into a vacant block and straight at another hotel..so no view at all really.

buona posizione e basta

problemi all'arrivo con la prenotazione....aria condizionata non funzionante probabilmente il telecomando aveva le batterie scariche...lavabo con l'acqua che non andava giù orziera ha funzionato una sola volta al mattino seguente non andava più mobili in degrado in bagno non c'era la carta igienica....che dire... per 60 euro mai più

Good location

Expensive for what you get, but you paying for location of the hotel. Many restaurants and bars with different cuisines within walking distance. Breakfast is included in the price, but wasn't really good, no variety. Big room with comfortable big bed. The bathroom needs a renovation. The pictures on site are misleading as the hotel looks completely different in the reality. Housekeeping service needs to be improved.

Spacious, clean, convenient and safe accommodation

The hotel was in a very good area. Easy to get around. The people attending were very helpful. The room was very spacious, but the lighting was not very good. It would be good if there were table lamps and/or standing lamps that would help give more warmth to the room. We had some problems with the toilet but it was fixed quite easily and quickly. Bedside tables could be added to make it more user friendly. Breakfast was good, and one could request for srilankan breakfast if preferred. Staff were very polite, helpful and the watcher was quite protective of us. Wifi in the room was temperamental at times. Tended to work better in the common areas - dining / lounge. Bathrooms was large, but it would have been better if there were more hooks or rails to dry towels and small washed items. All in all, very comfortable and nothing very major to complain about.. Will definitely return.

More than decent

The room was very big and airy. The neighbourhood is really nice to walk around. Nice to go to cinnamon red hotel for a drink which is a 10 min walk away. Short tuk tuk ride to nice shopping centres as well as market. Would definitely stay there again. The entrance to the hotel is a bit hidden, easy to miss.

Lovely little place. The staff were awaiting our arrival and we're quick to help us take in our bags. Once showed to our room we were given a very nice fresh juice. The room also had complimentary water and hot drinks. The bed was large and had many comfy pillows. Breakfast was omelet, toast, yoghurt and juice, yummy. The staff were very helpful with all questions and I would recommend this place.

c'était le WE nouvelle année donc férié. Accueil minimum mais souriant Deux nuits et pas de ménage. Petit déjeuner tristounet Néanmoins, bon plan si nuit à environ 50 € car belle chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et propre

For the price, it'll do

We left too early for breakfast but it's an odd place with some people who clearly live there. Photos V accurate including the living rooms? Clean and comfy bed.
