"Absolutely unacceptable. I checked in with my wife and our 5-year-old child and was shocked by the condition of the room. The bed sheets were dirty, the room smelled of moisture, there were blue mold-like stains on the walls, the towel had yellow stains, and we even found small bugs on the pillows. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health concern, especially for families with young children. No guest should ever be given a room in this condition. I would never stay here again and...

"The room was exceptional...clean, quiet, great sleep and a good breakfast...absolutely no complaints! The young guy at the desk when we checked in was very nice, friendly and helpful ( Branden), and when I thought I didn't have a hair dryer I called down and talked to (Shamika...I think I'm saying the right!!??) who also was very nice to talk to and told me to look behind the bathroom door..lol! Would definitely come back again. Thanks for everything!"

"Staff was helpful, room was generally clean. Overall, the place is OK but could use some renovations. Carpet on hallways and room is worn, furniture is a bit used up, etc.."

"The hotel is quite nice as is the staff. But, the washroom for the sink faucet and bathroom tub / shower, both drains emitted a terrible septic odor. Something really needs to be done about this. Imagine other rooms have the same problem.
Otherwise the hotel is in a great location, and all else was great."
