"I loved everything about the hotel but I had one staff member that didn’t want me to tip other staff. That same staff member, while ordering drinks, repeatedly charge me different price for drinks than they actually were. When I called him out he offered just to give me a free drink. I don’t know if I was the only that experienced it but he was that only reason I didn’t have a flawless stay. "
