"Great amenities, activities and location. Kids loved the pool and playground. Rooms are comfortable but just a bit dated and the couch in our living room was a bit sunken in the middle. Otherwise a really great spot for what we needed. "

"We stayed here for only one night to break up a long drive. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Although the rooms decor isn't on trend, it is all still very functional. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"There are very basic amenities, no wifi, no hand towels, or lift. Towels were not fresh and had an odour. The whole place is run down, eerie and neglected. Staff are very nice though. "

"We had an overnight stay at Pippi’s after being at Port Macquarie for the day and geez I must say for hotel/pub accommodation this place was just great. The check in procedure was so swift with the lady assisting just superb and so friendly. She personally escorted out to the stairway and pointed us to our room which was very helpful. "From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. "

"The check in is code activated and the front desk doesn’t appear to have a permanent staffer. Other wise I was able to change rooms the following day that has a block out curtains with no fuss. Staff are friendly and helpful."
