"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the...

"My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. "O hotel é maravilhoso, mas infelizmente tive uma noite terrível devido a um barulho de ronco num quarto ao lado que era separado por uma porta. Sei que foi uma situação pontual, e que não é culpa do hotel, infelizmente dei um tremendo azar, foi bem desagradável passar a madrugada lutando pra conseguir dormir, ainda mais tendo uma prova no dia seguinte. Apenas como sugestão poderiam rever uma melhoria no isolamento acústico nesses quartos que tem esse tipo de estrutura a fim de evitar futuras...

The toilet was broken, the shower was full of mold and the outdated tile looks dirty. But overall the hotel is the best one around the area. "
