"Our choice of the Hotel Basilica was inspired. The hotel is a heritage hotel, formally the family home of one of the heroes of the independence struggle of Ecuador. The staff on arrival were throughout ,welcoming, hugely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The location is stunning in the midst of the UNESCO Heritage old city of Quito. Many of the most important sites in the city are easily accessible by foot from the Hotel. The Hotel arranged extremely good pick up from the airport and drop off at the airport and departure. our room was immaculately clean and cleaned regularly with example with example supplies of coffee 24 hours available."
