"Lovely property in the middle of the city centre - and yet very calm and quiet. Room was excellent, with AC and space and nicely, easily decorated, ample power sockets placed in the correct place. . Breakfast is easy - buffet style and menu for hot items.. All very good - will stay again ."

"Air conditioning was not working the whole time I was there and the windows are almost all screwed/sealed shut. The room was unusable for most of the time. Also, could not park on arrival as the car park was closed."

"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. "Lovely 2 night stay. Super Comfy bed which is a plus for those with a bad back or hip..slept so well. Spacious room even though we booked the smallest category. Wonderful rain shower. L'Occitane branded hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Quiet air con so was able to keep on all night without it being noisy. Window opens ever so slightly so lovely breeze comes in. We were there when the weather was +30 degrees celcuis. Great views of the Gorge and Clifton Bridge from the bar /pub...

"Modern design but fairly basic hotel. Harbourside location, good for sightseeing, shopping and evening entertainment. Walking distance to both the Hippodrome and Beacon theatres. Staff mostly foreign and not speaking or understanding basic requests. Rooms are basic, beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Bathroom shower was good, both hot and with good pressure. Breakfast was OK, simple English breakfast options plus a small continental choice, with cereals, yoghurt and a few pastries. All...
