"Excellent location to see all that Bristol has to offer, check-in was prompt and friendly and the lobby area was spacious. The double room was perfect for our stay with coffee and tea facilities, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was on the small side but it did have a bath with a shower and toiletries provided and the towels were amazing. The overall sleep quality was excellent the bed and pillows were so comfy. The hotel has a lovely restaurant The River Grille and Ricks Bar, they are both reasonably priced and fantastic choice. "

"Clean but small room, friendly staff, good breakfast and great location. Comfy bed with pillows that suited us. Parking was £12.50 for 24 hours in the Millenium Square car park which is really close. Towels were a bit old but did the job. We were in room 209 which was quite noisy as needed the window open as no air con. "

"This was my second time staying at the Leonardo and it did not disappoint. Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay for his birthday. The hotel is the perfect location for all different things such as the train station, Cabot Circus or the old city. Parking was great, we parked at the Gardiner Haskins car park which was a 2 or so minute walk from the hotel. And really easy to get to from the M4 without having to drive deep into the city. The staff are always so lovely. Special shout out to Cheyenne who I have had the pleasure of seeing on both on my stays and is just the absolute loveliest."

"Room booked was better than I could imagine family loved it. Staff were really friendly and helpful too I recommend staying at this resort if staying in Bristol for a short spell and have activities going on in and around the area. Location is perfect for accessing the shopping centre and local sites. "

"Hotel is so easy to get to. Rooms clean and tidy a little bit tired looking but everything worked and was thoroughly clean. Staff are really helpful. Parking is so convenient and makes the stay so easy."

"Found you can check in here ok in the daytime staff very friendly helpful stored our luggage before check in & after no problems, we had a twin but was in the basement had a window no view just outside stairs & tarpaulin gave privacy did open window as room was too hot for us! But didn’t keep it open all night for security did turn off rad in room helped but was still hot all night which was our only issue! bathroom showers shampoo conditioner hand wash all lovely towel rail was on all the time hence the heat closed bathroom to help! Beds comfy tv all good But a lovely touch had bowl of fruit biscuits fresh ground coffee teas but not many milks I’m sure if I’d have asked would have got some though but was shattered, Breakfast was lovely we had full English vegetarian & normal but adapted for my liking! Plus usual cereal yogurt juice only thing u have to book your 30mins time slot day before Overall is stay again even in basement room "

"Handily-located with its own co-located car park, the hotel was a perfect place to stay for a midweek visit to the city. The hotel has evidently had a modern interior makeover at some point and features interesting contemporary décor throughout. Our comfortable twin room had everything we needed for a short stay and at a decent price. Whilst English staples are available, the in-house restaurant majors on Indian cuisine and our butter chicken was delicious. Car parking for guests is £19 for 24 hours at time of writing and this was a very handy amenity as it allowed us to leave the car safely stashed away after checking out whilst we visited the University during the day. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere helped make this a great stay. "
