"The hotel didn’t have the 2 bedding situation that we originally booked so they gave us a king bed and a rollaway. Pool was nice to have open 24hrs. Someone’s dog was loose in the hotel and pooped in the hallway. There were kinda funky smells throughout the place. But all the staff was super friendly and helpful. They kept refilling the breakfast when it was low so it was fresh. "

"The staff was very nice and even checked me in earlier than the check in time! The room was very clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again all things considered. Very close to so many stores as well "

"Staff was kind and helpful, daily included breakfast was great and much appreciated as were the coin operated laundry machines. The pool and hot tub were nice to have but not clean - I fished out multiple clumps of hair in the pool and the water color and smell in the hot tub honestly made us think someone had urinated in it. The carpet in our room was straight up not clean - visible dirt/crumbs throughout. "

"We were here for a soccer tournament and chose the hotel for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and the pool was ice cold. Major disappointment. For whatever reason our keys could not stay magnetized. We got locked out of our room six times. I watched this happen to other families too who would sit on the floor in the hallway while one of their family members would go downstairs to get a new key. It also felt kind of odd that the front desk staff seem so unconcerned about the fact that we had to go down and get new keys so many times. It must happen a lot. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to other families."

"We had a lovely room on the ground floor. It wasn't noisy at all, except for the highway right next to the hotel. The room was completely adequate, no complaints at all. The bed wasn't half bad, actually slept! Usually hotel bed are harder than we are used to and we toss and turn all night. Either we were just plain tired, or the bed was better and we could actually sleep. Nice hot showers. Desk area for working on a sketchbook. The free breakfast was okay. About par for the course for hotel free breakfasts. Better than some. Price was better than the competition. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Location good. Close to whatever you need."

"The property is obviously older but they have done some renovations to the rooms. It's acceptable and the room was clean. Had everything we needed. The rooms are small. The breakfast was decent and had choices. We stayed on the river side and it was very quiet."
