Cushion chair at door had large clearly visible stain, no trash bags in the trash can, broken toilet paper bracket and no toilet paper in the room. Disruptive, Loud, and Obnoxiously Disturbing Noise and Behavior in the Room next door, including smoking immediately outside the door, Loud Music and Shouting, and Stomping and Pounding on Walls and Door until Midnight even after being warned by the staff on duty!

It was bugs in my room and when I called about a refund I was told I couldn’t get one since I checked out even though I already called the front desk when I was there, do not stay here the manager was rude when I explained the situation

Ridiculous!

1st hotels.com messed up my reservation so it took me an hour to check in. Then they gave me a room key to a room someone else was already in. That was crazy to walk in on someone. Finally I got into a room half the coffee pot was missing, the chair was stained up. I use hotels.com alot. I won't be anymore. It was ridiculous.

It was the most terrible stay I have ever experienced. I understand it is a low budget motel, but something as simple as cleanliness should not be an issue. My toilet seat was never cleaned, neither was my shower, my towels looked old and used and the curtain in my room was broken. The tv did not work and the WiFi was just as bad. I am very thankful there were not any bugs.

This room was disgusting. The floors turned my socks black and the internet didn't work at all. The AC unit was so loud that we couldn't sleep. I complained to the font desk and we were told there was nothing they could do as we booked through a third party. Very, very disappointed.

Well, the floor is disgustingly dirty, the bathroom door was missing a good portion of the panel and back. We were afraid to even shut the bathroom door doubt that he even could. They didn’t even wanna give us an extra pillow because there’s two of us there is no chairs in the room at all the only shining star was the late night night staff member and the woman that found my mom‘s cell phone now that that’s pretty much it. That’s the only good thing about that whole entire place and it took late night for that to even happen. I want to make it even better. The fire alarm went off in our room at like 1:30 in the morning and only in our room for no reason there is no fire no smoke no nothing I will never ever stay at that motel again.

CHECKED IN 4/5/25 EVRYTHING WAS OK GOT IN THE ROOM TURNED ON THE HEATER THEN WE HAD TO LEAVE FOR A WEDDING. GOT BACK TO OUR ROOM AND WENT TO BED AND FROZE. THE HEATER DIDNT WORK WE HAD IT SET ON 72 DEG. WENT TO TAKE A SHOWER THE NEXT MORNING AND NO HOT WATER. TOLD THE OWNER AND HE SAID WE WILL GET THEM FIXED. NO IM SORRY NO REIMBURMENT NOTHING

Would not recommend

The hotel did not have hot water, understanding with the weather being so cold maybe something was froze. BUT what water did come out of any faucet was brown. There were bugs and nastiness everywhere. This was a last minute business trip and all 5 rooms that were booked was this way.

The check in lady was very nice. Told us up front the hot water was out but would be working later because of water heating trouble. Never did get hot water. Had to put water in cups and heat in microwave to take a sink bath. Only one wash cloth in room for 2 guest. And 2 towels.
