Columbia Mountains hotel guide. Coast Hotels hotel in Columbia Mountains, British Columbia

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful setting. The room was exceptionally clean on arrival and housekeeping was provided daily. Would definitely recommend Rooms at Riveredge. However, the check-in procedure for this property is rather ambiguous. The confirmation email from Hotels.com stated: There is no front desk at this property. Guests will receive an access code. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated...

We had the log cabin, which was great, slightly out of town, but we knew that when booking

This was our second stay at the hotel - despite the below average reception experience the first time round - mostly due to the hotel's location right by the lake, which allowed us to go swimming in the lake as well as the pool without any hassle. As seen in other reviews, the maintenance team and cleaning team are super friendly, but the welcome at reception is definitely less than 5 star. From my experience, these difference between teams are usually linked to the (hiring) managers. I'd...

Hotel right in centre. Classic feel to it. Stayed in Barristers Suite. A really nice contemporary comfortable suite. Great food. Same menu in three of their restaurants but they have different themes. We used the spa and had the best massage from anywhere in the world. Highly recommended

The staff were super friendly and very willing to help, the hotel is really nice and the views of the mountains are breathtaking

Apartments were spacious and very well maintained. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great location. Very walkable to downtown. Staff were really helpful too. Perfect t for what we wanted.

Loved this hotel, spacious room, comfy clean bed lovely facilities. Would certainly stay again.

Amazing, clean with a very nice beach.

Great few days in Summerland exploring Okanagan Lake and relaxing in the amazing surroundings. We had a great time slowing down a little from our adventure road trip between Vancouver and Calgary.

Friendly efficient staff. Room clean & comfortable, especially the bed. The air con was noisy & The Castle is next to the highway; otherwise great place for a one night stop. The bistro was excellent.

Loved our stay. Rooms were nice and cozy. The view from the room was amazing. Defo recommend this place.

Great booking at short notice, comfy bed, great location and staff. Couldn’t have asked for more from my stay

Great location, very helpful staff

The property was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spotless and I couldn’t have asked for better. The breakfast was fabulous, so much choice, I would run out of space here if I was to list it all. I was very impressed with the breakfast room staff who worked tirelessly to keep the place clean and well stocked up. However, I must mention Shen who was so helpful and attentive, there was nothing too much trouble for her. What an asset for the hotel. If I was to make a suggestion,...

We had a lovely couple of nights at the Cove. The 2 bed apartment was a great size and very nicely furnished with a brilliant kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. We ate dinner at the Landing and enjoyed it. We also rented a boat from the rental company and a very enjoyable 2 hours on the lake, then spent the rest of our time around the pool. There is no provision for breakfast in the restaurant, and there was no dining availability on our 2nd night, so we went to the supermarket (about...
