"Check in was smooth and despite being early the man at the front desk was extremely helpful with many guests arriving at the same time. It was nice to have simple breakfast options and the one of the front desk assistants was able to help me charge my phone as I had conveniently forgotten a charger. Although not in the downtown area it was easy to get to other venues and events that I was there for. The bed was comfortable and the room was dark which made it easy to rest in. I had a nice misty morning view of the mountains from my windows."

"We loved the hot springs (huge pool was warm and the hot tub was hot). The food was decent on property. I do believe the property is not being kept up like it was when the original owners were in charge. Also, with the black bears I think a little warning on the doors would be appropriate. We do love the pools and relaxing atmosphere and will be back in the future."

"An ok place. The room was clean, the sheets and blankets looked and smelled clean. The hallways leading up to the rooms have some stains on them suggesting hard use and / or older. The breakfast was very basic continental, but ok Our room was close to highway 1 so you could hear some trucks going by. Overall an ok place to put your head down for the night."
