"When we arrived to our room, it looked very nice. However, we did have a sticky situation...there was syrup on several areas of the carpet. We put towels over those spots and notified the front desk. They were very apologetic and promised to do a deep clean on the carpet the next day. They were good to their word. When we returned after our day of adventure, the carpet was clean. No more sticky syrup. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They had good breakfast choices. "

"Room temp awesome. Great indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Best was evening meal Plus fabulous breakfast. Amazing value! Only even better if is to get bigger pillows. The half size ones on queen beds don’t cut it. Bed was comfy."

"I stayed for a week. The room wasn't the best but the beds and bathroom was clean. The room rug was torn in certain places and the curtains were stained and had small holes. It was barely and ok overall. The continental breakfast was good. I did have very loud neighbors in other rooms during one night. It was a bit scary but they left the next morning. The staff was nice and in general the hotel was clean. "

"I would stay here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice. When we first moved into the room, the light was burned out over the sink and the toilet won't refill. Worse, they appeared to have a sixth grade girls basketball team staying there for the weekend and they thought it was perfectly acceptable to allow them to run screaming and yelling down the hallway at night. Finally , I was at a meeting on Friday and happened to be on a break when I noticed a phone call from the hotel. I answered and was asked why my clothing was still in the room when I was supposed to have checked out that morning. I replied back that I had a reservation until Sunday. I then Emailed them a screen shot of my reservation and they told me to stop by the front desk for a new key when I returned. What would they have done if I hadn't answered the phone?"

"Excellent everything! Mahala at the restaurant bar was amazing! Front desk Chris was GREAT! Very clean! Will definitely stay again. "

"The room was laid out terrible. The vanity top in the bathroom was short and narrow. You could hardly get more than a couple of toiletry bags on it. The toilet is situated such that when you sit on it, the end of the vanity top and frame is about 8 inches from your knees. The room was reserved with a queen bed which looked more like a double. The bed sat too low to the ground, lower than any hotel roomed I've stayed. Parking spaces are limited. The lot was full early this morning."

"The bathroom has mold on the shower curtain. Basically the whole room needs updated. Otherwise it’s a decent place to stay. I’ve stayed here several times. I love the fact that any size dog can stay. I come to Columbia for dog shows and sometimes we have to stay overnight!"
