"This place looks haunted and was dirty top To bottom. Needs an upgrade or demo."

"Everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent. When I requested extra water, it was brought up to my room quickly, which I really appreciated. The only disappointment was that I had specifically requested a city-view room, but I was given a suite without the city view. While the suite itself was nice, I wasn’t informed at check-in that it didn’t have the requested view, so I didn’t realize until I got to the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I wish there had been better...

"This is a very nice hotel! It’s large, so expect possible events & groups. It’s remodeled & well-maintained. The staff are friendly. The breakfast has varied, fresh offerings & Starbuck’s coffee. Overall, great stay for a great rate!"

"Getting to the parking lot was a bit of a challenge due to the convention center. Our GPS kept leading us to different entrances, but once we got there and familiarized ourselves with the surroundings, it turned out to be incredibly convenient and easy to access. The room was spotless, and the amenities and lobby were equally clean. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly."
