"It was very frustrating with the check in instructions. The email confirmation came extremely slow in order for us to find the room number. Other people that checked in the same time as us also had the same issues. We were left sitting there for half hr waiting for the email to arrive until we could get into our room.
In terms of noise, the walls are extremely thin, we can even feel the vibrations on the wall from next door.
Otherwise it was a comfortable stay for a few days. Staff friendly, with plenty of free parking and electrical charge points. "

"Dissapointed.. notified the hotel and emailed to advise special occasion the room we were allocated was supposedly a privilege..
Would definitely not bother with the upgrade .. absolutely no veiw what so ever
Room very bland , car park is in a secure area about 10 mins away from hotel at an extra charge .
We ate in the restaurant- definitely would recommend .
The hotel itself is in a good location and clean ."
