"The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff. "Excellent location for beach walks , shacks, late evenings to watch sunset from beach with a drink. Staff can't do enough, really helpful. Taxes at resort are 18% , though that is the same in all. Avoid wine unless you're happy pay about £16 a glass."
