"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. "I booked this Guest House for my daughter and her friend for three nights based on the positive reviews from the Hotels.com app and a couple of other sites. Which I don't think are now genuine.
Unfortunately - this is one of the worst experiences we have endured.
The room was disgusting to say the least. It was dirty, dead insects, soiled bed linen and pillows, a used condom too!
When the girls asked for the room to be changed or the items to be replaced but the management or staff...
