The shower gel and hand soap were switched. Took a long time for the water to get hot. Would have expected more from a luxury property"

"Cleaning the room each day isn’t a true cleaning but more so a tidy up. Wash cloths were not replaced and the toilet seat was left up as if a man finished using however left up with caked up urine stains on bottom of seat. Disappointed with the lack of attention to cleanliness. Important documents were also removed from the room I.e valet ticket. Leaving me no way to call for the car prior to making my way to lobby. in room phone is inoperable as well. had to place in room dining orders...

"The architect planned this to be completely hard to use. It pretends to be an upscale place but has no amenities to ensure that. One person at desk. Restaurant but no room service. Sketchy shower floor grid that everyone's yuk falls through and not cleaned. Confusing parking garage. Zero niceties and customer service Would not recommend. Particularly bad for handicapped or slightly impaired persons ."

"Our room was very clean, comfortable and functional. The staff that we interacted with were all very nice. It was a very convenient location for us. There was plenty of on site parking but it would have been nicer if it was free instead of the $10 a night charge."

"Front desk was very helpful. Location was great. For those with larger vehicles parking garage is not good. The exit ramp is very narrow. I had to actually park on the street due to the narrow turn."

"This is a very updated hotel in the Virginia vicinity of DC. The room was modern and very clean. It had modern facilities. However parking relies on a third party app. After a long drive there, I could not get the app to work. It would not take my departure date and time. This caused much frustration and aggravation. They must make it easier to pay for parking or not charge hotel guests! ☹️"
