"Tyvärr blev vi besvikna, jag hade skrivit innan om att vi önskade en tyst lägenhet, inte nära en hiss eller oljud. Vi fick en lägenhet precis vid hissen och poolbaren, fick alltså ingen sömn. Kunde inte heller duscha då det luktade avlopp i hela lägenheten, så fort man satte igång dusch vattnet, eller spolade toaletten. Sängen, var ok på ena sidan, andra sidan hade ett hål i madrassen. "Leider war die Kommunikation unfassbar schlecht, der Urlaub war für meine Eltern gebucht, allerdings mussten beide ins Krankenhaus. Es gab NULL Kollanz und das bei einer 3 wochen Buchung für über 2500 Euro. Es gab nicht eine cent zurück obwohl wir einen Monat davor uns bereits gemeldet haben! Kein guten Kundenservice ! "

"Hotel staff were very very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and for the price was good value. We were there with our 4 and 6 year old grandchildren so spent a lot of time down in the resort and on the beach. We walked down the steps and took a taxi back up the hill most times as it was very hot for the kids to walk back covered in sand. Taxis were only about €3."
