"The only thing I would suggest is having someone at the front desk during checkout times. The hours listed were not accurate. We had to leave the key with an employee of an adjacent restaurant. We kept on calling the hotel to make sure they got the keys and we didn’t get a response until later afternoon."

"Our problem was the pool . I had asked the bar Man the how much it would be if my grandson and his 2 babies came into the pool as a guest. He said 15.00. Ages 2 yrs. And a one year old! The following nite (4:00 pm) they came over to go into the pool. Victorian, the manager said it would be 60.00 + 6.00 tax!!!! 15.00 each! The Mother was there also but wasn’t even going into the pool , she was with her 8 week old baby. Where in the world do the charge for two little kids??? I will never...

"This Parador is situated right on the mangroves of La Parguera so it makes for a very nice evening and sunrise. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant is quite good ( not fine dining, but good Puerto Rican food for reasonable prices.)"

"Bueno, cosas positivas: el a/c enfria buenisimo, no se escucha ruido, la hospederia es bastante tranquila, la habitación fue comoda, y bien centrico de todo. Cosa negativas: La limpieza pesima, la ducha tapada, el agua caliente nunca hubo ( a mi no me hizo falta por la calor) la piscina, parecia que hacia 1 mes no la limpiaban, el restaurante no estaba en funcion (y no te lo dicen) obvio... En fin hasta que no termine la construcción no lo recomiendo.."

"This property was ideally located near the town of Cabo Rojo and its popular sites, When we arrived, it seemed too good to be true. The place was lovely, very tidy and equipped with everything we needed. It almost felt like home away from home and we treated it as is. When we first walked in, we noticed a puddle of water near the refrigerator and immediately noticed that the water filter in the laundry area was damaged. We contacted the host/team and the water leak issue was resolved in no time...
