Really big shower with great pressure, so I felt washed ! Close to the Taree Service Centre as in 5 min drive. Beautiful rural setting, so quiet. This place was a real gem really close to the M1. I found myself another great motel between Sydney and Brisbane, well worth the stop."

"We like motels because you can park out front of your room which this is and It was clean. I can only speak about our room for 2 people for 1 night. Our room needs a refurbishment badly, things were rusty and needs a paint. There was only 1 unplugged bedside lamp on 1 of the bedside tables BUT there was no power point behind any of the bedside tables OR bed to plug into and no extension lead to plug in anywhere else (solution, get rid of the 1 bedside lamp and have none there if you cannot...

"The room was exactly like the photos on the website. We had a view of the river, the bed and couch were comfortable, the shower and amenities were clean & worked well. Would recommend this Motel to anyone"

"The staff were very helpful. I did not receive any code for the lock box, called after hours number and a staff member was there to let me in, in two minutes. Very family friendly and my doggie loves the place and the beach that he runs on. I stayed two days this time and really enjoyed myself. The nights were very quiet and I slept well. "The bed was very u comfortable, the mattress springs were poking into the body on side of the bed. We had one night stay as a journey stopover for sleep, I could sleep at all. Also there were only 2 plate and 2 cups and we were 3 of us. "

"Although the room was not as as new or large as the photo implied we did enjoy our overnight stay. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning was easy to adjust and shower was enjoyably hot. There was no noticeable road noise and parking was easy. Checkin was easy and staff were friendly and pleasant."

"Location was lovely, nice walks along the river. ( Spotted a Grey Nurse shark). Enjoyed a meal at the bowls club nearby with discount from the motel. Drove to Port Macquarie and had a lovely time there. Went to the Koala rescue centre too. Room on the small side, had to live out of suitcase due to tiny wardrobe etc. Although there was a microwave, fridge & kettle it was all a tight fit. Try for a larger room. Pleasant staff."
