"Very clean and enjoyed the stay"

"Check in at 3pm and had to wait till 6pm before a room was ready. Staff at front desk was not helpful. Was lied to. Was told I could get a refund at check out for inconvenience. When checking out I was told all they could do is validate parking. Extremely disappointed, Not only did we have to wait for a room but about 30 other people had to wait for their rooms. This hotel is clearly not ran well. Valet was mess a too. Waited 20 min for our vehicle to be pulled up. "

"The room had a nice view but it was a bit noisy at night. The room didn’t seem fully soundproof - we could hear conversations in other rooms and from the hallway until extremely late at night. "

"Very nice hotel for a two bedroom . however the fire alarm kept going off and I got kept getting noise complaint emails saying that I will be charged $500 and this is the third warning before I even checked in. Also, the fire alarm was going off throughout the night."
