Our stay at the Cochrane House was great. The staff was friendly and super helpful. We attended a concert at the Little Caesar's Arena in Detroit, and the Cochrane House was only a block away from the venue making it just a short walk. They also have their own parking lot.

The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We talked about their history and what my husband and I were celebrating, our 15th anniversary and how we met. Talking with the sister/owners was like talking with family. Glad to have owners who know the history of the city of Detroit and it's neighborhoods. We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying our beautiful accommodations. The breakfast was delicious.

So many amenities. Highly recommend. Walking distance to Little Caesars arena, Ford field, Fox theater, Tiger's stadium. Many restaurants in walking distance, public transportation. Ample parking, will definitely be back, 5 stars.

Outstanding Place and owners! First Class

The owners were so welcoming and accommodating. I feel like this was the most personalized, hospitable place I can recall ever staying at. We plan to have more trips to the Detroit area- whether we go to another Tigers game, or downtown for fun and sightseeing and this will be our Go-To place to stay!
You can see Comerica Park from the side of the building! Walking distance easy!
Classy and warm.
Beautiful, comfortable everywhere you look!
LOVE the bathroom accomodation!

The sisters that operate their bed and breakfast. We're so hospitable and their property is beautiful, unlike any place we have ever stayed before. We stayed here for a Lions game, the location is perfect. You can see the stadium from the window. Great location, beautiful property and the most wonderful owners. They cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if you are visiting Detroit, this bed and breakfast is five stars
